Dance your bananas off!!

Last Thursday after my Kinder gym classes I raced into the city for the Chanel V commercial at a club called NeverMind on oxford street. I had an awesome day, met lots of people, made some friends and danced a hole lot.  My hair and makeup was done, curly hair!! I loved it. I looked a little like Madonna.

Nevermind!

On Friday night I headed over to Annandale with Tash to shoot the Ministry Of Sound Music video, to our shock, it was outdoors!! Bloody freezing. Getting changed & touch ups in the car was not that fun, but the rest was wicked. It was shot behind some old abandoned terrace houses, with old car wrecks, fires and some scaffolding to climb on.. We shot from around 8pm-11pm which was much better than what we thought, it originally had meant to go till 2am!! There were people crowded around on the street watching, lady’s with their dogs, families, and mostly everyone I sore had snow jackets on! FUCK..no wonder I am so sick now :(

We made friends with this girl called Charlotte, she was super nice. She’s going to be at another music video me and Tash are doing this Sunday.

AH, that shoot I did for WildLife Hair didnt turn out that good. It looks like I have a bung tooth! Whats going on???

On Tuesday, which was yesterday, I drove to Paddington in the City to go see a man called Anthony at  Christopher Hanna about my hair! A girl at the chanel V shoot was doing some hair modeling and one of the other models with the same sort of hair as me droped out so she sent Anthony a picture of me. He liked my look and the shoot is on the 26^th …WOOO!

Last night Tash and I took a train to town hall for a meeting for the music video on Sunday. It usually takes us 15-20 to get to the city but last night it took us an hour, because there was a power surge at Arncliffe Station and the trains were going super slow! It sucked balls because we were late to the meeting, it started at 7pm we walked in the door at 7:45pm..haha fashionably late! We had subway for dinner after and I spilt all the sauce on my crotch and did an awful lot of swearing on the quiet  train carriage home.

I purchased $20 worth of vegetables today and made a delish salad to go with dinner! YUMMO

 I did an activity with the children at my workplacment childcare center. We made little rock critters! Mines the pink one hehe.

This is also another activity I did with them last week. We cut out shapes and glued them on gold carboard poster paper :)

Since I've last posted on my blog, Luke has moved out. I've cleaned the loungeroom completley. Feels good to have a nice clean house!

As I was sorting through some of my old things in boxes, I came accross this necklace my dadda gave me a long time ago. I love it!!!!, but the string is a little broken so I dont want to wear it incase it breaks and the little man falls off.

Meet Fleur! She will be moving in sometime in July. She is one of Natasha's friends. Fleur and a friend took a visit up to Sydney on the weekend so she could meet simon before she moves in. They decided to go out for a night in the cross,they  had never actually been there before so I can imagine they had a night filled with adventure! They took our advise and went to 77.

I have been geting a bit more work in Gymnastics, Ive been working out at the Caringbah YMCA. The gym is GIGANTIC!! I'm really excited to do more work there!

I have a very busy week this week. I am going to be in a Ministry Of Sound music video on friday night, and tomorow afternoon a Chanel V commercial. WOWEEEE!!! I have costumes to plan and lots to do.

Slurpy Hair and Spankey Pants

Do you like my new hair?  I got the train to Milsons Point on Saturday Morning and went to Wild Life  Hair to get a new hair-doo, for free!! Yay..  I was used as a model for  a cut & colour competition a few months ago and  as compensation I get my hair cut and coloured for the next 6-12 months for free…woopppeee! I decided to go for a little bit of a change as it’s getting colder and im sick of all blonde.

Saturday Night Dinner!! Tash and I made our yummy  special recipe to crumb some chicken strips and we made a little salad and some chippies. 

This morning I signed my employment contract for Finding Fairyland :)

This afternoon me and Tash went down to Rockdale to run a few errands and pick up some stuff from the shops. Tash ended up getting a new haircut and I ended up with a huge bag of goodies from the $2 shop hehe. Cheap DvD’s, lollies for the kids at Gymnastics, a new hairbrush with a spray bottle , some soap that smells delicious like peaches and cream and lots of other things! We walked around Rockdale for a while…well a very long while trying to search for a yummy sandwich shop but we ended up getting chicken burgers from this gross burger shop, we came home to eat our food and we discovered they had completely ruined our burgers.. Not very happy :(

Finding Fairyland

I took myself over to North Sydney on Saturday morning to do some training  for my new fairy job, pretty easy I just went to one of the fairy parties and took notes down :) it was lots of fun I’m so very excited to start doing my own parties!! Catherine my boss said that I should be starting to go along to parties with the other entertainers just to get some more training. Catherine’s really good at puppetry she had a cute little owl called Pop O, and face painting and oohhh so  many cool things..and and andddddddd she said they have done parties for Collette Dinnigan, Jimmy Barnes  and other famous people….thats soo amazing! I love Jimmy Barnes and so did my dadda.

Catherine gave me a costume to take home, to use for my training, my actual own fairy dress is getting made I think..weeee my own fairy dress!

After  spending the morning stuck in traffic and driving all around the place me and Natasha drove down to Kiama to see Tim, got down there very late, didn’t stay long, ate some honey chicken and left my makeup bag in his car! Thank goodness his friend Abe is driving back to Sydney today so I can go pick it up..annoying!

We stoped off at Buli Lookout because I needed a break from driving. We happend to come accross a lovely wedding.

Last weekend I caught the train down to Gerringong to see Timmy and go to his friends Birthday Party in Jambaroo. I rugged up very well with 3 jumpers a jacket, pants with tights underneath, a beanie and gloves..it was one of the coldest nights I have ever experienced..only problem was that a couple of people asked if i was wearing pajamas..NOOOOOO I WAS NOT!!.. Fun party, they had a spit roast and soo much food, we ate a lot! We ended up getting kinda stuck out there and had to get a $80 taxi back to Tims house…not goood. But I had a lovely weekend anyway.

I have needed a new pair of these for ages! So cute. Thankyou Marrickville Asian shops.
